Introductory One-on-One
The introductory class is an opportunity for us to meet and get to know one another to see if Crossfit feels like the right fit for you. 
"On ramp" foundations program
On Ramp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active life. As such, it is important for you to attend the pre-requisite On Ramps before attending the normal classes.
Workout of the Day (WOD)
Once you have completed the 8 foundations classes, you may join the regular class. Each day, a new WOD is posted on the website.
